This item has a sleek design but is also very affordable. This little guy will last you a long time and provide you with all the data you need to achieve your goals. It is a smaller screen therefore you will not get all the extra watch apps, but with a smaller screen, you will get longer battery life. This is important because charging your watch every day for hours can be cumbersome. I charge my watch for about 30 minutes every few days. This is simple to use and a slight upgrade over the Fitbit Inspire model that is cheaper but does not come with GPS, which we believe is worth the extra cost.

This is another greater option vs. the Charge but without the GPS. The GPS is great for tracking walks or runs to get that extra accurate data. But still a great option with a long battery life. The design is a little less appealing, but a great option to track calories for a cheaper price.

Premium Option: Apple Watch SE or Above

Apple has created a great product with their Apple Watch SE or if you want to go up to the Series 9 or Ultra 2. These watches come with everything and are a phone attached to your wrist. The issue would be the price is also very close to that of an iPhone. The fitness tracking on the Apple Watch SE, Series 9, or Ultra 2 is exceptional, and with all these extra options you are not just getting a fancy bad tracking device. The quality is up there with Fitbit and potentially better.

This is a higher-priced item on our list but definitely will increase accuracy in tracking calorie expenditure. This is a vital part of the equation when reaching your fitness goals. Over time you may get better at tracking without a device but either way, you will be more accurate with one than without one.
